As sports journalist Justin Barrasso explains that New Japan Pro Wrestling still has in mind the great match between Chris Jericho and Tetsuya Naito. The Japanese promoter as confirmed by SI plans to celebrate the fight at the United States event ” Strong Style Evolved ” in Long Beach, California.

Barrasso reports more on the matter and that is the plan of the company will be that said fight was the main event of the night. Both fighters created their rivalry in the “New Year Dash” event when Jericho appeared by surprise in the ring and attacked Naito in the back after his match.

If finally ends up doing the fighting will be the second of Chris Jericho in NJPW after which had in the big event WrestleKingdom 12to Kenny Omega. At the moment it is not known if Y2J has signed a short contract with the Japanese company to have sporadic appearances.

Strong Style Evolved is the second event that NJPW will perform in the United States specifically from the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, California, on March 25. It will not be the only attraction of the evening and as we knew a few days ago the only combat announced is the debut of Rey Mysterio in the company before the legend Jushin “Thunder” Liger.
