new Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) presented the last two days the 5th and 6th days of the Junior Heavyweight fighters tournament, Best of the Super Juniors 25. The show on Thursday, May 24, took place from the Shiga Prefectural Gymnasium in front of 1224 viewers, while the show today, May 25, took place from the Osaka Municipal Central Gymnasium in front of 1465 viewers.

Today was the second day of Block A. The tournament takes place in a Round Robin format with the 16 participants divided into two groups of eight. During the first 13 events, the fighters of each group will have individual fights between them. For each victory, the winner will get two points, for each tie, one point will go to each fighter’s locker. Once all the participants have faced each other, the fighter with the most points from each block will advance to the grand final. The winner will get an opportunity for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.

KUSHIDA and Shota Umino defeated Ryusuke Taguchi and Yota Tsuji. (10:55)

Bullet Club (Marty Scurll and Chase Owens) defeated Chris Sabin and Tomoyuki Oka. (09:30)

Suzuki-gun (Minoru Suzuki and The Desperado) defeated CHAOS (YOSHI-HASHI and SHO). (08:26)

Los Ingobernables de Japon (Tetsuya Naito and Hiromu Takahashi) defeated Toa Henare and Dragon Lee. (08:04)

Best of the Super Juniors 25 (5/24) – Block A:

Tiger Mask IV defeated BUSHI. (11:16)

Yoshinobu Kanemaru defeated ACH. (14:04)

Flip Gordon defeated Taiji Ishimori. (09:27)

Will Ospreay defeated YOH. (16:28)

After the fight Ospreay takes care of YOH and they show respect. Will says that I will prove that he is the best in the world by winning the tournament.

Tiger Mask IV, Tomoyuki Oka and Shota Umino defeated Flip Gordon, Yota Tsuji and Yuya Uemura. (08:19)

CHAOS (YOSHI-HASHI and YOH) defeated Toa Henare and ACH.(09:40)

Suzuki-gun (Minoru Suzuki and Yoshinobu Kanemaru) defeated the Bullet Club (Chase Owens and Taiji Ishimori). (08:44)

Los Ingobernables de Japon (Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI) defeated CHAOS (Gedo and Will Ospreay). (08:36)

Best of the Super Juniors 25 (5/25)- Block B:

Marty Scurll defeated Chris Sabin. (13:58)

Ryusuke Taguchi defeated KUSHIDA. (01:34)

SHO defeated El Desperado. (12:48)

Dragon Lee defeated Hiromu Takahashi. (20:48)

After the fight Lee thanks the public and says that the tournament has gained importance even in Mexico. He says he will win Block B. He says goodbye kissing the canvas and celebrating with the audience.
