Live events dedicated to WWE’s cruiserweight division should wait to come back. According to the PWInsider portal, WWE has taken the decision to pause the real live events of the 205 Live show after having held two in the month of January.
According to the portal, the company has not been satisfied with the results shown in its first shows, from assistance to reception by fans. So far no more events of this type have been planned in February of this year, although WWE has not rejected the idea of retaking them in the future.
Currently, the WWE cruiserweight division is in a new stage. With the dismissal of the now former cruiserweight champion Enzo Amore, this week began a tournament to crown a new monarch of the division in the 205 Live show, which also saw the debut of a new authority figure in the form of Drake Maverick.
