Last week, WWE superstar Samir Singh suffered an injury, following a segment with current US champion Bobby Roode. Today, the SmackDown Live fighter announced through his Instagram account that he suffers from a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

According to the message he shared on Instagram, Samir has already had surgery on his injury and is recovering. It is worth mentioning that there is still no official announcement about the recovery time of the Brother Singh member, but an injury like this takes 6 to 9 months to heal. This is the same type of injury that superstars like Seth Rollins or Big Cass have suffered.

“Last week I tore my ACL and it goes without saying that this past week has been very emotional. The more I think about it, the less it makes sense. All I know is that God is the sovereign of my life and that everything that comes to pass is his blessing. I thank you all for the continued love and support. I can’t wait to be back.”
