WWE SmackDown Live September 11, 2018 Preview

USA Network will broadcast episode 995 of SmackDown Live tonight from the Cajundome of Lafayette, LA. WWE has announced several matches and segments that will take place.

– The New Day will have new challenges for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships tonight. The Bar (Cesaro and Sheamus) will face Rusev Day (Aiden English and Rusev) in the final of the team tournament and the winners will fight for the titles in Hell in a Cell.

– Shinsuke Nakamura will face  Jeff Hardy. Paige has confirmed in social networks that Shinsuke Nakamura and Jeff Hardy will face each other once again on SmackDown Live. Jeff Hardy is a few days away from facing Randy Orton in a fight inside a cage in Hell in a Cell, while Shinsuke Nakamura has no plans for the event.

– Andrade Cien Almas will face R-Truth in an individual match. The encounter between “El Idol” and Truth is due to the words that the former NXT and Zelina Vega champion had about his next opponent through his Twitter account where they mocked his “winning streak”. Of course, the comments were not well received and the response was quick with Paige announcing the match.

– Charlotte Flair will face Sonya Deville in an individual match. Because of what has happened over the past few weeks, it is likely that Becky Lynch will intervene at some point in the fight. Nor should we rule out Mandy Rose, partner of Sony Deville, who could accompany her to the ring and make theirs.

– Maryse in action. A few days of Hell in a Cell where we will witness a mixed combat by teams, Brie Bella and Maryse will fight in an individual combat. Daniel Bryan and The Miz, the other part of the teams in the PPV, will be attentive so that his wife can take the victory.
