AJ Styles retains the WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura in the Last Man Standing

One of the most important rivalries of the WWE company completes a new chapter with the same result. Tonight during the Money In The Bank event, AJ Styles was the last man standing and defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the WWE Championship.

In a meeting where both superstars reached their limits, “The Phenomenal One” had to resort to strategies of his rival after using a low blow to get the definite advantage over Nakamura, finishing off with a Phenomenal Forearm from the ring to the table commentators where “The King Of Strong Style” ended motionless and without energy to get up before the count of 10.

In this way, Styles returns to defend his title against an opponent who has chased him since the Royal Rumble event held in January, when the Japanese won the fight of the same name to become the champion’s rival, who ended up surpassing him in WrestleMania in a fight who also saw Nakamura pulling out his darker side.

Finally and after several matches without result, the man from Georgia seems to have defined the rivalry with this triumph in the Last Man Standing.
