The UK Sun has informed this weekend that Bill Goldberg will participate in the 2018 edition of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal to be held at Wrestlemania 34. A priori, it seems that it is something very unlikely due to the type of participants that have been presented during the last editions, but this decision will have been taken to strengthen the documentary about Andre The Giant “The Eighth Wonder of the World” that will be broadcasted on HBO and that will have the support of WWE.
Goldberg will headline WWE Hall of Fame, the gala that will take place two days before in New Orleans. The former Universal champion declared after being nominated that the fact of being presented as a legend does not mean that his career is over: “It’s like putting a marker at the end of your career, although this is not the end of anything for me. I’m living and breathing and looking for my next adventure, and who says it could not happen again? ”
The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal is a combat that have become a classic of the latest editions of Wrestlemania. It consists of a real battle in which to eliminate a rival must be thrown over the third rope, and the last man in the ring wins. So far, Cesaro, Big Show, Baron Corbin and Mojo Rawley have managed to win this fight.
