Pro Wrestling Sheet has confirmed that WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore is being investigated by police in Arizona for allegedly raping a woman last year in a hotel room.

The woman, who did not want to be identified, presented her story on Twitter today and shared graphic details of the alleged assault that, according to her, took place in October.

She wrote, “OKAY..it’s been long enough & I have been so so scared to share this. I was raped in mid-October by the WWE Enzo Amore (also known as Eric Arden) & Tyler Grosso & TOOPOOR let it happen as accomplices. I was in a mental hospital for 45 days after it. They ARE NOT good people.”

The woman has offered more concrete details about what happened, but we will not reproduce them because she uses an explicitly sexual language.

A Phoenix police representative confirmed that a report was filed and that the incident is still under investigation. However, they tell us that most of the investigation is complete and that the police are waiting for laboratory results.

Pro Wrestling Sheet Statements:

“The sources tell us that the alleged incident took place on October 19 in the early morning. According to Enzo’s Instagram, he was in Phoenix on October 18 and returned to LA the following night.

A rep for WWE tells us, “WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving sexual harassment or sexual assault. Until this matter is resolved, Eric Arndt (aka Enzo Amore) has been suspended.”

This is the second occurrence of gender violence and in this case, sexual assault that happens in recent months in WWE after what happened with Rich Swann and his wife, Su Yung.
