John Cena, Elias and Braun Strowman Qualified for the 2018 Elimination Chamber

Last night during the broadcast of the latest edition of Monday Night Raw, it was announced the completion of a qualifying tournament to determine the superstars who participated in the male Elimination Chamber 2018. Braun Strowman, Elias and John Cena were the 3 competitors that got the classification tonight.

“The Monster Among Men” defeated Kane in a fight that also had the stipulation of Last Man Standing. Said encounter was stopped by decision of the referee and Kane had to be taken to a medical enclosure due to the bad state in which it was, remaining Strowman with the victory by decision.

On the other hand, Elias defeated ‘Woken’ Matt Hardy after applying the Drift Away. During the combat Hardy was distracted by a brief cryptic video by Bray Wyatt, costing him the victory at the time he was about to connect the Twist Of Fate on Elias.

Finally, in the main event of the night, John Cena defeated Finn Balor in a very even battle after applying an Attitude Adjustment from the third string, obtaining the third entry to the Elimination Chamber Match. On the other hand, next Monday will be held the remaining meetings to define the last three positions in the fight.

It is worth mentioning that the winners of this qualifying tournament will fight inside the Elimination Chamber to get the opportunity to face Brock Lesnar in Wrestlemania, in a match for the WWE Universal Championship. This event, exclusive to Raw, will be held on February 25, 2018, from the T-Mobile Arena in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada.
