Stone Cold Steve Austin will not appear in the great Wrestlemania 34 event, reports journalist Mike Johnson in the Elite section of the PWInsider portal. Austin and WWE have been in talks for an appearance but for now, they have not reached an agreement between the two parties.
The last appearance of Stone Cold Steve Austin with the company was in the episode of the 25th anniversary of Monday Night Raw, in a segment that remembered the great moments that the ex-superstar left next to the president, Vince McMahon and his son and commissar of SmackDown Live, Shane.
Nonetheless, Austin will be present at the great wrestling weekend that will take place in New Orleans. The ex-wrestler has been scheduled for an appearance at WrestleCon to do a meet & greet with fans who pass. To this, Johnson has ensured that despite the proximity of the events Austin does not intend to appear on stage but to be behind the scenes.
However, more information from PWInsider indicates that WWE will be pushing everything possible to bring Stone Cold and make an appearance. For that reason, it is not ruled out that at least, it may appear in some segment.
