WWE could have confirmed the end of Neville’s contract and that is that the company has moved the profile of the former Cruiserweight Champion to the Alumni section of its website. This is the category in which WWE collects profiles of all superstars that are no longer under contract with the company.
The departure of Neville from WWE was announced a few days ago when the specialized portal Pro Wrestling Sheet reported that the contract was over. Although neither the company nor the wrestler have spoken about it, it has been rumored that the fighter would not have to comply with the ninety-day non-compete clause, so there are those who believe that “The King Of The Cruiserweights ” could even appear in All In.
The problematic situation between Neville and WWE began last October when the superstar dissatisfied with the handling he received, left the pavilion in which Monday Night Raw was celebrated before his fight, all this a few days after losing the Cruiserweight Championship against Enzo Amore.
Since then, Neville has not reappeared in the company’s programming and it was rumored that he was waiting for his contract to expire in order to return to the independent circuit.
