WWE confirmed yesterday afternoon a new tournament for the British championship that will take place at the Royal Albert Hall in London on June 18 and 19. In addition, 3 vs. 3 match for the NXT tag team titles and much more action will also be at stake.
The party will begin on Monday, June 18 with the tournament for the title of Great Britain with competitors that have yet to be revealed by the company but what can be announced is that the winner of that tournament will face Pete Dunne the night next for the title of Great Britain within the mythical Royal Albert Hall of the British city.
The Bruiserweight will also be in action on Monday 18th teaming with Mustache Mountain (Trent Seven and Tyler Bate) to face Undisputed Era (Roderick Strong, Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly) for the NXT tag team titles combat that becomes more relevant after the betrayal that Pete Dunne suffered at the hands of Roderick Strong in the NXT Takeover New Orleans during the last weekend of Wrestlemania, due to which they are not champions today. Will Pete Dunne be able to guide his British colleagues to the title by NXT tag team titles by overthrowing the yellow and black faction?
On Tuesday 19, in addition to the defense of the British title by Pete Dunne, we will see three other matches for the NXT titles including the North American title, the women’s title and the tag team title. To this day we know that Adam Cole, Shayna Baszler and Undisputed Era are the champions of the respective titles but with NXT Takeover Chicago just two days before this event, anything can happen but what is certain is that they are the ones being the champions the straps will be in play at the Royal Albert Hall in London where WWE returns after his last visit in 1991 to which correspond the following:
