During the most recent 16th Anniversary event of the Ring of Honor (ROH) company Austin Aries made his return a “collector of titles”. After finishing the match between Silas Young and Kenny King, where the latter retained the world television championship. Austin appeared to make his return to the company and challenge Kenny King.

The current Impact Wrestling world champion came unforeseen after the match declaring that he arrives back to ROH with the sole purpose of challenging King’s championship which he has never won. During his stages with ROH, Aries has been world champion is the first to be twice and tag team champion although indeed their stays never coincided with challenges for the television championship.
Currently, the self-proclaimed “greatest man who has lived” has become famous for holding several championships which has been gaining in different companies around the world after his departure from WWE in July last year. Aries despite being regular on television with Impact Wrestling has stated that he has no fixed contract with any company so appearances like these are possible.
