At 30, the original Oxford (England) considered one of the most important wrestlers of the European independent scene. Haskins has more than a decade of experience in the ring in all types of companies, among which PROGRESS, IPW: UK or OTT, in which he has been champion. In the United States, the fighter has worked sporadically for IMPACT Wrestling or Pro Wrestling Guerilla (PWG).
The interest of ROH for Mark Haskins began in 2016. In the last three tours of the company in the United Kingdom, Haskins has always enjoyed great matches and opportunities, as his main event in London against Jay Lethal for the world championship, which got after winning the first International Cup, in which he defeated Jonathan Gresham, Flip Gordon and Hangman Page. Since then, the conversations between fighter and company have intensified, waiting for Haskins and his family, as Marty Scurll had done in the past, to decide to make the leap permanently to the United States.
Mark Haskins joins the list of hirings that ROH is making to reinforce the staff after the departure of The Elite (Cody, Hangman Page & The Young Bucks) and SoCal Uncensored (Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian & Scorpio Sky). To the already confirmed Jeff Cobb, PCO, Brody King, Bandit, Luchasaurus, PJ Black and Mark Haskins, has explained the specialized portal Pro Wrestling Insider, would have to add Will Ospreay, Juice Robinson and Zack Saber Jr, which wants to use ROH more regularly during 2019.
