Tonight in the special edition of Superstar Shakeup of the Monday Night RAW program, not only were there exchanges of talents between the RAW and SmackDown brands but also returns from abroad. During the WWE program, Scottish wrestler Drew McIntyre made his return to the company’s main roster.
In the same program was the arrival of Dolph Ziggler from SmackDown. Ziggler was received by the group of Titus Worldwide (Titus O’Neil, Apollo and Dana Brooke), who invited him to join their ranks. The proposal was nevertheless rejected by Ziggler who said he had not come alone and introduced McIntyre who together with him attacked Titus Worldwide.
McIntyre made his return to WWE last year at NXT after years away from where he made a name for himself in independent companies worldwide and in Impact Wrestling was World champion. This is also the return in action of McIntyre since November last year when he suffered an injury in the event TakeOver: WarGames, in addition to being his first appearance in RAW since June 2016.
