10 WWE Superstars Injured and Their Possible Return Date
[tps_header][/tps_header]
With a roster as broad as WWE we sometimes forget about all the injured fighters in the squad. Here we do a review of 10 injured wrestlers and tell you when they could return to action.
WWE Injured Superstars
Alicia Fox
Fox was scheduled to compete in the first women’s Royal Rumble match but unfortunately, she was injured on the day of the event. It was reported that Alicia suffered a coccyx fracture during the pre-Rumble trials and it was announced that she will be out of action for at least a few months.
Considering that a broken coccyx takes between 8 and 12 weeks to heal, one can expect to see Fox back in the WWE ring for May.
R-Truth
Truth has not been seen on WWE TV since October. In December, the WWE superstar said on Twitter that he underwent shoulder surgery.
This usually takes four to six months for someone to heal from shoulder surgery and given that period Truth should be back in action after Backlash in May.
Noam Dar
Dar suffered a knee injury in December last year and underwent surgery to repair a tear in the meniscus.
He is expected to stay out of the game for five months, which could indicate that the cruiserweight will be ready to compete in May or June of this year.
Samir Singh
In January, Samir Singh suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament during a fight with Bobby Roode. Samir and Sunil competed in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic tournament and were on NXT and 205 Live for a brief period before pairing with Jinder Mahal.
With the injury to the ACL, Samir is expected to be out of action for at least six to nine months and is expected to return in the final months of 2018.
Big Cass
Cass broke her ACL during a fight in RAW and could not hide her frustration on live television. Cass has six to nine months to recover from surgery and is currently rehabilitating from her injury at the WWE Performance Center.
He also recently mentioned that he hopes to return before WrestleMania 34 and could return as a surprise during the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal!
