Roman Reigns Says: "Defeating John Cena was more satisfying than defeating The Undertaker"

Recently, as part of the historical event held in New Delhi, WWE superstar and current intercontinental champion was interviewed by The Times of India. Below are the best statement collected by WrestlingInc.

Reigns revealed that he was more satisfying when he defeating John Cena at No Mercy than defeating The Undertaker at wrestlemania 33:

“Defeating John Cena was more satisfying , but for me, having defeated The Undertaker in one of the greatest Wrestlemania of all time, is the greatest moment. It was one of those moments in my career that will shine no matter what happens or whoever gets me into the ring. Sharing the ring with The Undertaker in the main event speaks for itself, but there is something very satisfying about defeating John Cena.”

He also talked about The Rock. Specifically, how big this influence is on the career of “The Big Dog”.

“To be honest, not much. He is a very busy guy and I do not have the opportunity to see him frequently. He is always doing something so I can not say that he has helped me as much as people tend to believe. But it’s good to be able to see it every time the opportunity presents itself, I mean, it’s The Rock. He greets you with a smile on his face, he is always there to talk to you and give you some advice if you need it. Whenever I have the opportunity to see it is a good experience and a pleasure. He has been there and he has done everything, so when you think you have reached a certain level of success, just remember everything he is doing .”

Meanwhile, the intercontinental champion revealed that he is a rival he liked so far.

“I think Braun Strowman and I had a great rivalry. The chemistry and the stories we were able to tell were captivating. What I liked most was that since we are both young talents, it was necessary for me to be able to help him and share some of the experience I have cultivated over the years, and I think it has definitely helped him. From being a Wyatt to being one of the WWE figures, Braun has been a guy promoted by the company and someone who inspires fear. If I can continue doing the same thing with any other young talent with which I can get in the ring, my career will be a success.”
