Roman Reigns Talks About His Victory Against John Cena
The current WWE Intercontinental Champion, Roman Reigns recently spoke with Hindustan Times, Where he talks about various topics which he talked about his victory against John Cena at No Mercy PPV.
About rivalry with Braun Strowman:
“I think my rivalry with Braun Strowman was incredible. The chemistry and the stories we could give was great. What I like most about him is that, since we are both young talents, it really was necessary that I could help him and share some of the experience I have gained to put him on the fast track. And it worked brilliantly.
From being a Wyatt to being the main fighter, Braun has been a leading guy and a scary guy. If I can keep doing that with every young talent, my career would be a success. “
Roman Reigns says his victory against The Undertaker was great, but that beating John Cena was more satisfying:
“Beating John Cena was very satisfying, but my victory over The Undertaker in a great event like Wrestlemania was obviously a more important moment for me. Being in the ring with The Undertaker in the main event, that speaks for itself, but it’s very satisfying to beat John Cena.”
Roman Reigns says his meeting with The Shield is the beginning of something special:
” The meeting brings so many great memories and feelings. But at the same time, we are all very different. Now we are more settled, we have been in this for a long time and we are all more experienced and polished. But that energy remains the same, so it’s refreshing. It’s almost as if a new life has been placed between the three of us. It’s a nice change, a good gear change. “
