Ronda Rousey Would Be Close To Signing for WWE
Ultimate Fighting Championship ‘s Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter Ronda Rousey will “easily” arrive at the WWE. This is highlighted by several media, point out that the negotiations between Rousey and WWE end in order to start a career in pro-wrestling.
As today’s US exclusively revealed, two people closer to Rousey would have confirmed that the former champion will confirm the details of employment by the WWE. Both parties have requested anonymity because this agreement has not been released yet.
Rousey lost to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 on 30 December 2016 and was doing his final fight for UFC. His appearance ended for the MMA company, and he began to have more contact with the WWE. Ronda Rousey shared WrestleMania 31 with The Rock with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in one segment. Later she continued to appear at the end of the tournament with recordings of Mae Young Classic and her friend Shayna Baszler. In this final round, Ronda was in conflict with the rival Charlotte Flair rumored for several months. “You indicate the time and place”.
Ronda Rousey started training at the WWE Performance Center a few months ago and is preparing for WWE participation as reported by Fightful in August. Ronda started basic work under the guidance of Brian Kendrick. Gene LeBell (MMA friend of Rousey), has told USA TODAY about the news:
“I love Ronda and I support her in everything she can do to get money for her husband and her, she’ll make a fortune and that’s a great thing.”
Dana White (Chairman of the UFC) talked about the situation of Rousey. Last week in an interview, White commented that she did not want to see Lucy debut at WWE:
” I do not want to see it, I do not want it to happen, it matters to me, it has money … and all those things, I do not see what’s going to happen.”
However, some important figures in the WWE were favorable for arrival from Charlotte Flair, Stephanie McMahon or Triple H. If Rousey accepts a WWE Offer, he will leave a career of 12 years in MMA. There were only two defeats against Holly Holm and Amanda Nunez. For a couple of months, journalist Dave Meltzer commented that WWE is preparing a story between Ronda Rousey and MMA’s Four Horsewoman (Ronda Rousey, Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir). WWE’s Four Horsewoman (Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Becky Lynch) never gave a plan at Survivor Series 2017. WWE plans to plan something for Rousey before WrestleMania 34.
