Today the first Monday Night RAW program was held after the special WWE Survivor Series event. During the show, interim general manager Baron Corbin opened to invite the brand’s commissioner, Stephanie McMahon. Being interrupted by Braun Strowman who demanded the match promised against Corbin, which will be celebrated in the event Tables, Ladders & Chairs.
During the segment, McMahon and Corbin talked about the celebration for RAW’s victory over SmackDown at Survivor Series and the interim manager asked McMahon to make his position more durable. At this, Stephanie paced the match between Strowman vs. Baron Corbin for the next special event, revealing Strowman that it would be a struggle of chairs, stairs, and tables.
The match has as conditions that, if Corbin manages to win, he becomes the official general manager of the brand, and otherwise he would lose any operative position in the company. On the other hand, if Strowman wins he will have the opportunity against Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at Royal Rumble 2019.
The TLC event will be held on Sunday, December 16 in San Jose, California. Apart from this, the previous night could be confirmed a match between Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins for the Intercontinental Championship, to give continuity to the rivalry that has been forming for days. There are still combats of the event to be confirmed.
