Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter has reported in the past few hours that Becky Lynch has been working “lately” with a broken jaw. It has not been specified since when the SmackDown women’s champion has been struggling with this injury and it will not affect her future but it is likely that Becky Lynch has been forcing in recent weeks not to miss the train of his ostentation.
Lynch defended the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair in the last episode of SmackDown Live. The match ended in the stage area with Charlotte Flair embedding Becky Lynch against the wall of the entrance. Both were embedded in the stage and a large number of attendees appeared to help the two fighters to get up and leave.
It is unknown if Becky Lynch’s injury occurred in that crash, although it does not seem to be the case reading Meltzer. A “Last Women Standing” match between Becky Lynch and Charlotte was announced a posteriori for Evolution. The event will be held later this month, so WWE could reduce Becky’s physical activity to date. However, the wrestler is still announced to appear in the house shows that will be held this weekend, so we will closely follow her activity to find out more about the matter.
