Even with all the rules against him, Braun Strowman managed to come out triumphant in the SummerSlam PPV. During “the biggest show of the summer”, Strowman managed to defeat Kevin Owens to keep as a possessor of the Money in the Bank briefcase.

Both rivals faced each other in a fight that looked complicated for the monster. As stipulated, in case of losing by any means, including disqualification or counting outside the ring, Strowman could lose the briefcase. This, however, did not bring any problem, since the match saw Strowman passing over Owens and getting a resounding triumph to continue as Mr. Monster in the Bank.

With his triumph, Strowman also retains his chance for the universal WWE Championship. Owens, on the other hand, ended his good run on the owner of the briefcase whom he could not defeat in any way on this occasion.
