Kurt Angle Returns to Monday Night RAW and Qualifies for the WWE World Cup
This week the WWE Monday Night RAW show was not without surprises. After confirming the participation of John Cena in the WWE World Cup tournament, RAW general manager Kurt Angle made his return to also qualify for the WWE World Cup tournament.
During the program in question, interim manager Baron Corbin waged a real battle to qualify for the tournament. Among the participants, all local fighters under other identities was the wrestler Los Conquistador, a character used in the past who on this occasion was presented as a native of Spain.
Corbin organized the match for what he hoped would be an easy victory but Los Conquistador ended up surprising and eliminated him in order to emerge as the winner. At the end of the match, he took off his mask to reveal to be the veteran fighter Angle.
The general manager returns after his last appearance in August of this year when he was sent to a forced vacation by Commissioner Stephanie McMahon. Now the Olympic medalist reappears to face Corbin achieving as an added the get a position for the event tournament Crown Jewel.
