USA Network will air SmackDown Live episode 971 this week from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA.

– Will Daniel Bryan appear despite having suffered several injuries last week? The General Manager of SmackDown Live was brutally attacked by Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens last week and could return to try to bring order. Owens and Zayn were fired, but they appeared by surprise in a live show held last weekend, so we do not rule out their re-invasion of the blue zone.

– Bobby Roode and Randy Orton will join forces to face Jinder Mahal and Sunil Singh. A priori, “The Modern Day Maharaja” will be at a disadvantage, but the tension of the fight for the championship US bill could pass to the side face.

– The New Day will face The Bludgeon Brothers. Last week, it was the Uso brothers’ turn, but Jimmy could not beat Harper. This time we will have a team match and it is likely that we have news about an alleged fight at Wrestlemania for the SmackDown tag team championships.

– Shinsuke Nakamura will fight Shelton Benjamin in an individual match. The “Rockstar” continues to warm up for his fight for the WWE championship at Wrestlemania against AJ Styles. On this occasion, he will have a rival in front of him who has seen his faces in the last house shows, and Chad Gable will be at ringside waiting for the opportunity to help his teammate.
