Matt Riddle Reportedly signed a contract with WWE
In recent days we have been talking about the interest of WWE officials for UFC veteran Matt Riddle. Reconverted into the world of professional wrestling for a few years now, the 32-year-old wrestler is currently one of the most popular and effective talents on the independent scene. In the space of four years, it will be spent in known federations such as the EVOLVE (in partnership with WWE), the PWG, the wXw or the RevPro.
According to Brad Shepard, Matt Riddle recently signed a contract with WWE as he explained in the No Holds Barred podcast.
“Matt Riddle signed a contract. It has been removed from the BOLA map and other independent shows. Trevor Lee will replace him for the September 14 show. So it’s possible that he’ll make an appearance at NXT TakeOver Brooklyn IV and if he does not, he should start shortly thereafter. “
