Natalya’s Injury Part of a Storyline Only for Monday Night RAW

It was recently reported that WWE Superstar Natalya was going through an injury that would leave her out of the ring for a while. However, new sources confirm that the injury is only part of a storyline for Monday Night RAW.

According to the PW Insider, the former SmackDown women’s champion showed up at Tribute to the Troops and fought without any problem. This will be a contradiction to what was said by journalists like Dave Meltzer, who in the last episode of the Wrestling Observer Radio declared a possible loss of Natalya due to what happened yesterday in RAW, when she was attacked by The Riott Squad after entering the ring to dispute a match with Ronda Rousey against the duo of Tamina and Nia Jax. The fighter was replaced Ember Moon, who managed to get the victory with the Raw women’s champion.

Since arriving at Raw at this year’s Superstar Shakeup, Natalya has maintained a strong friendship with Ronda Rousey. According to several sources, Natalya was supposed to betray Rousey after Summerslam. However, the death of her father Jim Neidhart would have forced the writers of the company to back down and postpone the change to heel. So far it is not known if these plans continue in the long term.
