NJPW interested in bringing back Shinsuke Nakamura

The current WWE United States Champion since his victory over Jeff Hardy at Extreme Rules, Shinsuke Nakamura continues his first reign in the main roster. Always present on the side of Smackdown Live, the Japanese seems to be heading into a triple threat match with Jeff Hardy and Randy Orton in Summerslam. He had also made a heel turn after the victory of Nakamura in the last Pay-Per-View from WWE.

During the Wrestling Observer’s latest radio show, Dave Meltzer reported on Nakamura’s contract with Vince McMahon’s company. The American journalist said that the agreement between the two parties will end in February 2019. It is also possible that Shinsuke Nakamura returns to the side of New Japan next year since the Japanese federation would like the make come back. This is what Meltzer said about him.

“It wouldn’t completely shock me. I know they do want him back. There will attempts [and] for all those guys. Gallows and Anderson, if they wanna go back there, they can go back there. They’re kind of treading water. Who knows how that’s gonna go. I don’t anticipate anyone going back there [but] you just don’t know how people feel and what people want out of life.”
