Official details about Rey Mysterio as WWE 2K19 booking content

Madrid, June 26, 2018 – 2K announced today that former WWE world champion Rey Mysterio will return to the virtual WWE action for the first time in four years at WWE © 2K19, the next launch of the iconic franchise of video games of the WWE. The revolutionary fighter and “Master of 619” who overcame insurmountable obstacles and established himself as one of the most popular Superstars in WWE history will return to WWE 2K19 as a playable character, wearing the costume with which he made his surprise appearance in the Royal Rumble 2018. Rey Mysterio along with a second character that will be announced in the coming weeks will be available as additional content for those who book the game for PlayStation © 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.

The global launch of WWE 2k19 is scheduled for October 9, 2018. Players who purchase the Deluxe Edition or Collector ‘s Edition of WWE 2k19 receive early access to the game and additional content from October 5, 2018, four days before the world launch.
