Possible date and place where Fastlane will be held in 2019

The journalist Dave Meltzer revealed in the most recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio the date and place in which the next edition of the pay-per-view Fastlane will take place.

According to the statements made by Meltzer, on March 10, 2019 a new edition of Fastlane would be carried out. This event, the fifth that WWE would perform under this name, would take place at the Quickens Loan Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

So far the company has not ruled on the realization of this pay to see. Even so, if this information is true, this would be the last pay-per-view before WrestleMania 35, serving as a preamble to the showcase of the immortals along with Elimination Chamber, which was confirmed on February 17 of the same year.

Recall that WWE held an edition of Fastlane in March of this year. Among the most outstanding matches, Randy Orton beat Bobby Roode to win the US championship for the first time, Charlotte Flair beat Ruby Riott to retain the women’s title of SmackDown, and in the main event AJ Styles defeated John Cena, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler, and Baron Corbin in a Six-Pack Challenge, securing their arrival at WrestleMania as WWE champion.

This event was the last to be exclusive of any brand since after WrestleMania it was decided that the pay-per-view would have superstars of both SmackDown Live and Monday Night Raw.
