In her role as supervisor of the women’s division of Raw, superstar Alexa Bliss has gained a greater prominence in the latest broadcasts of the red show with segments of questions and answers that have been strongly criticized by fans.
The journalist Dave Meltzer said in the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that these segments could be due to the pleasure of creatives, including Vince McMahon himself, towards the former Raw women’s champion.
“They are in love with Alexa Bliss,” says Meltzer. “They think Bliss is wonderful, but since she can not fight, they have decided to give her these segments to keep her on television and give her enough screen time .”
Remember that Alexa Bliss not able to compete due to a concussion suffered last October in a house show. This fact forced her to take various roles in ringside, being one of them the captain of the RAW women’s team in Survivor Series, choosing the fighters who managed to beat the five women of SmackDown. She was subsequently appointed as manager of the female division of the red show by general manager Baron Corbin.
