A new women’s champion was crowned in the SummerSlam event. In the company’s most recent show, superstar Ronda Rousey became the new RAW women’s champion after defeating Alexa Bliss.

The encounter saw a total domination on the part of “Rowdy”. Despite trying to give moments of action to Bliss, Rousey was completely dominant and after several demolitions and an Armbar, managed to make the former champion in order to win her first championship in the company and in her career as a Professional Wrestler.

With his triumph, Rousey gets his first major victory in WWE having made his debut in the ring in April this year in the last SummerSlam event. In addition, Rousey becomes the third person in history to obtain titles in WWE and in the company of mixed martial arts UFC, next to Brock Lesnar and Ken Shamrock, besides the second Olympic champion of WWE with Kurt Angle.

Note that Natalya made an appearance before the appearance of Alexa Bliss and Ronda Rousey wearing the jacket of Jim Neidhart. It was the first time that Natalya appeared on television after the death of her father. After the match, Brie and Nikki Bella went up to the ring to celebrate the victory with Rousey who subsequently went down to ringside to celebrate with her husband.
