The Young Bucks talk about the possibility of signing with WWE
One of the best tag teams of the independent scene are the brothers Matt and Nick Jackson, The Young Bucks. At the NJPW G1 Special press conference in San Francisco, they were asked about going to the McMahon company. The answer was blunt:
“Contract season is coming up, we’ll see what happens. It’s for our families, that’s basically what I think it comes down to at this point.”
It is worth remembering that The Young Bucks signed in 2016 a two-year contract with Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. On which WWE followed them on Twitter, the Bucks were clear and ironic: “I don’t know. I have a really good Twitter account.”
Rumors that the Bucks, Kenny Omega and a return of Cody Rhodes are WWE’s targets for their next wave of hiring are getting stronger, but they are sent to finish their contracts and meet them to think about whether to go or not.
