WWE Monday Night Raw December 24, 2018 Results

WWE held the recordings of the Monday Night Raw show next week right after the live show that aired this morning on the USA Network. This was because next week the WWE red brand program coincides with Christmas Eve. Below are the quick results of the taping.

Elias opens the show by singing a Christmas song. Elias flares Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush in the song, which intervenes. A Miracle on 34th Street Fight is announced between Elias and Bobby Lashley.

– Elias beat Bobby Lashley in a Miracle on 34th Street Fight. Finishing, Elias throws several toys on Lashley and breaks a violin on his back. Lio Rush ended up covered in eggnog.

– Chad Gable and Bobby Roode beat The Revival to retain the Raw Tag Team Championships. Gable got the victory for his team by ironing Scott Dawson with a rollup.

– Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Ember Moon beat Mickie James, Dana Brooke and Alicia Fox in a team match. After the match, The Riott Squad made its appearance and attacked the good girls.

– Finn Balor beat Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler in a triple threat. Before starting the fight, Drew McIntyre announced that he will participate in the Royal Rumble Match. Finn Bálor won the victory by ironing Ziggler. Once the fight is over, Drew McIntyre decides to return for Ziggler but receives an unexpected Zig Zag.

Paul Heyman makes his appearance in a previously announced segment. Heyman says that Brock Lesnar will defend the Universal Championship against Braun Strowman at Royal Rumble. “The Monster Among Men” appears without the sling and tries to scare Heyman. Strowman puts a Santa Claus hat on his head and promises to win the Royal Rumble match.

– Ronda Rousey beat Natalya to retain the Raw Women’s Championship. Rousey achieved victory by submission through the armbar.

– Heath Slater beat Jinder Mahal via disqualification when The Singh Brothers intervened. Once the combat is over, Rhyno appears dressed as Santa Claus to perform the salve. Rhyno connects the Gore over Jinder to finish the segment.

– Seth Rollins beat Baron Corbin in the main event. Rollins took the win by the count of three after applying the Curb Stomp.
